OBLASS wine
Oblass is a journey and study of wine and cultures. In an attempt to grasp a holistic approach to winemaking. "In 2012 I flew to Italy with the desire to combine agricultural and artistic knowledge and began my studies at the University of Turin in Piamona. From there I rolled after the birth of my son to finish my studies at the University of Florence. I interned in a private winery of wine consultant Alberto Antonini and learned about natural fermentations. I finished my studies with a thesis on natural yeasts that defines the concept of microbiological terroir. I interned at Michela Satta's winery in Bugleri, and at Weather Hills Winery in Marlborough, New Zealand. In 2017, when I returned to Israel, I worked for a time with Avi Feldstein and biological startups independently.
From that point it started to develop. The vision for the production of authentic wines, from unusual varieties in wineries around the world and from there everything is open, only within the scope of maintaining the local winemaking and not interfering with an open mind to local varieties.
